Back to base alarm monitoring is a service where security professionals monitor your security system 24/7 for any events which set off your alarm. Our security experts assess the situation in seconds and respond accordingly and as per the monitoring form you have completed which include the emergency contacts and instructions.

At a just a dollar a day it’s imperative you are informed so you can manage the situation whether you use or armed response or the local police service. There are no contracts so if our national service is not better than expected you can cancel anytime.

What is back to base

  • Your alarm has various valid PIN numbers for deactivation and various sensors and read switches strategically located.
  • Our monitoring station has a list of the devices and will call you once a device has been compromised.
  • We then give you or the staff you have placed on the emergency contact list the opportunity to manage the situation. 


How much does it cost

  • Back to base costs just over a dollar a day and is charged annually in advance.
  • We don’t lock you into a contract and believe you will stay with our national monitoring as long as we provide service.
